website problem

hello i am from turkey and i can not connect to this website ,is there a problem?
i use open dns normally , now i am connecting via ktunnel a proxy website

i found i was not using open dns , i changed settings according to open dns now it works ,i mean i can surf codelite.org without any problem but still without opendns i can not see website

I think that the problem is using your DNS servers, try using google's free DNS server:

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/

In short, use these IPs:

8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
