Hello!
I've just downloaded the newest version of Codelite and want to use it for future development in C++ on OSX.
The problem is, I just can't start the application. If I make an doubleclick on the app the splash screen appears and then nothing happens and the Application don't start.
What's the problem? Maybe anyone of you can say me how I fix the problem!
On Lion it does'nt work too!
Thanks!
regards
-René

I am sorry, but I only got 10.5.8 here (which works flawlessly) - have you tried running it under debugger?LairdTurner wrote:Hello!

Also, what does the 'Application Crash' dialog says? (it should provide a good backtrace of the crash)

Re: Codelite and OSX 10.6.8
Hi LairdTurner and Eranif,
I just downloaded the latest version of Codelite v3.5.5367 on my OS X 10.6.8 and it doesn't crash.
P.S.:
I just returned to Codelite for an old c++ project and I still had Codelite v2.9.
Great to see the development still goes on, I'm looking forward to test the recent version .
Codelite is still my favourite IDE(when I don't use vim as my "IDE" ) and I tried a lot, like
VS, Code::Blocks, KDevelop, ...
I still appreciate your great work Eranif, go on!
Regards, Felix.

Re: Codelite and OSX 10.6.8
I just downloaded it and moved the CodeLite.app into the Programs folder.
Though, this last step isn't really necessary, you can also launch it directly.
