CodeLite crashes when removing a source file

Hi,

I've just installed CodeLite Rev. 4684 on Windows 7.
Whenever I try to remove a source file from a project, I get an "unhandled exception" (after confirmation that I do want to remove the file).

What could be the reason for that?

Please ignore. It's probably a Windows problem.
After rebooting Windows checked its disk and after that the problem has gone.
(This was with a virtual Windows, so there were no hard disk errors involved)
