I have problem in saving CL's wxAUINB.
I want Workspace & Outline to be together but separate (See below) but when I exit codelite, it doesn't remember
Is there anything I'm missing?

I have problem in saving CL's wxAUINB.

No, you are not missing anything.
This is a wxAUI limitation and it can not be fixed without changing wx sources itself.
