patch for cobra language support

Heres a patch file for codelite to provide some support for cobra language.
see also discussion topic Supporting a new compiler in codelite forum.

Provides syntax hiliting lexers, build tool settings and project templates for executables and libraries.

Note that it contained some full paths like '/home/hops/.../cobra.exe' - I removed the full paths and left only the 'cobra.exe'
