GSL in CodeLite

Hello,

I run CodeLite on windows 10 and I have been desperately trying to get the GSL library working, but without success. It is not available by default. I tried to download it from the official page, but I dont know what to do with that data. I would like to be able to put into my C header stuff like #include <gsl/gsl_rng.h> and so on.

Thanks for help and please be patient, I am a noob with this programing stuff.
