I don't remember what I did but weeks now my refactoring is not working. I have tried to rebuild workspace, remove things under my workspace_folder/.codelite but it is not working. All it does is caching files then nothing happen. What can I do to make refactoring work again?

Try and remove ~/.codelite folder and try again...
