The path to source files are broken during debug

I've tried Ubuntu 16.10 with g++ 6.2.0, gdb 7.11 and CodeLite 9.2. All paths are correct.

As you can see, the paths are not a CodeLite issue, but rather a GDB issue (the paths are passed correctly with GDB 7.11)

Oh, CodeLite doesn't delete .a files before compiling so it added compiled objects to ones compiled with CMake. I've deleted all .a files and rebuilt with CodeLite and now paths are correct.

Can CodeLite delete final output file before compilation? I keep hitting this issue when I compile without CodeLite and static libraries have 2 copies of .o files inside them.
