Where is keyboard shortcuts??
I press Cmd+S (mac os x) and it doesn't save the file. How to set all those shortcuts? Maybe to run a code I can just press Cmd + R?

Strange it works for me on OSX, (CMD+S to save file).
To reset the default shortcuts, go to:
settings->keyboard shortcuts->defaults button
