Here's a Visual Studio 2012 Dark - like theme.
To use it copy the lexers_vs2012dark.xml file to your {CodeLite Installation Dir}/lexers folder. Restart CodeLite and select it from the list of themes in "Settings"-->"Syntax Highlighting and Fonts..." dialog.
Can you improve it? Please do, and post your changes to this thread.
