running a
apt-get dist-upgrade
from debian Jessie is foolhardy and a waste of time . Contrary to ubiquitious propaganda , you stand zero chance of saving time by dist-upgrade vs. pristine install and restore of /home

Hi,
Have you checked the CL repo page? (Maybe you need to refresh the page in your browser...)
You should be able to download the stretch deb if you follow those instructions. If not, please report what goes wrong.
Regards,
David
