codeLite not picking up my changes to you new programs.

I been using codelite for the last couple of days working on assignments I absolutely love this application you guys made(Bravo!) I have how ever ran into a small issue, being new to programing and new to using source editors like this I don't know how to fix it. currently when I go to build a new project, it does but then when I run it none of my changes have been picked up by codelite and runs the old code form before. I tryed cleaning my workspace and that did not work so I am left to turn to the forums. Please help!
