Codelite crashes on exit

When I tried to close it I got this crash, a few times now.

Is this an upgrade?
Have you tried deleting the folder: %APPDATA%\CodeLite and see if it helps?

Hi, no, not an upgrade, straight install of "codelite-6.0-mingw4.8.1.exe"

I will delete said directories to see what happens, it might fix other bugs too.
