Feature Request: Settings Notes

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this but I have one feature request:

How about having a "Comments" or "Notes" freeform text field in the "Project Settings" dialog for a project where

user can enter notes about things ( (such as *) any special compiler / linker flags )
} ?

The more I think of it, it sounds like a task suitable for plugin (a plugin can save a project related information in the project file)
Please submit this feature request in the sourceforge tracker

Note that this feature will not get high priority, so if you want to make it faster a patch is most welcomed
