Symantec deletes codelite installer on double clicking

Post by codex »

MD5 hash of file codelite-amd64-11.0.5.exe:
0f 22 3e 30 51 4d 0c c1 62 d1 fe f8 51 c2 25 f9

Is this MD5 hash correct for the installer?
If you can confirm it, I would shutdown Symantec, thanks.

Symantec regard it as https://www.symantec.com/security_respo ... 4294919973

The sha1 posted on the download page is for the 7z archive file itself (since this is the file that you are actually downloading from the web)

Per your request, I extracted it on the webserver machine and run 'md5sum':

Code: Select all

/root
$md5sum codelite-amd64-11.0.5.exe
0f223e30514d0cc162d1fef851c225f9 codelite-amd64-11.0.5.exe
