CodeLite v1.0 RC01

After a long development process I feel that CodeLite is mature enough to go from Alpha status to RC01 - (Release Candidate).
Unless something really terrible goes wrong, this version (based on revision 1598) will become version 1.0
In the next weeks, I will be focusing on bug fixes and stability.
