Repository for ubuntu and debian packages

There is now a repository available for ubuntu and debian packages. The intention is to keep it populated with the latest CodeLite version, providing packages for the current and previous releases of ubuntu, and for debian 'stable' (and 'testing' towards the end of a release cycle; so there are squeeze packages atm).
