My system is Ubuntu amd64 version 10.04
Editor version 2.5.2.4031.
When you run the editor offers to get an update.
I get update codelite_2.5.3.4075-ubuntu0_amd64.deb

When I try to install the update, the update is not installed.
---------------------------------------
... attempt to overwrite /usr/share/codelite/src/unitettest1.3.tar.gz who also is in the package codelite-plugins 0:2.5.2.4031 ~ dfsg-1dpkg-deb ... (Cutoff channel) ...
----------------------------------------
Help install the update. I do not know what I did wrong.
I am asking for your help.
Thank you.
P.S. Editor good. I want to use it.

I figured out the problem. If you install the application "codelite-plugin" use the center application of is a new version of the program can not be installed.

Thanks you!

Do not mix the synaptic packages & codelite packages provided by me (via SF)

The packages on SF (SourceForge) are a complete packages (which includes all the plugins)
While the Ubuntu packages are broken into several packages (each plugin can be installed separately) and also there are some bugs which exists in the Ubuntu synaptic packages and are not exist in the binaroes that I provide via SF.

I strongly suggest that you use the binaries that I provide via SF and not the ones that come in the Synaptic Package Manager (at least until the bugs in them are fixed)

You can negotiate with the company, which supplies Ubuntu? Your editor is very attractive to developers. Your editor is free and it should be part of Ubuntu.

It is part of ubuntu :)

However, they (ubuntu) are using a different way of packaging and on the way they made some mistakes (some key files were not packaged). I explained it to the packager and he fixed it, but I am not sure whether a new version was released or not.
