What it says 
. As you can see on this page I stopped creating 32 bit builds for CodeLite from the 13 release. However the repository still contains older versions, so i386 is still mentioned there. The wx3.1.3 situation is similar.
The message is just apt's way of letting you know; it doesn't matter, unless you actually want a 32 bit build.

The message is just apt's way of letting you know; it doesn't matter, unless you actually want a 32 bit build.
Fortunately I don't need a 32 bit build, thank you very much for explaining all of this to me
