Hi,
Some more information would be helpful
. Especially your platform; your CodeLite version; is a workspace loaded?; could you previously see the Workspace pane?

if all fails, you can do one of two:
1. Peespective -> restore default layout
2. close codelite, delete the folder ~/.codelite and start it again
