Top Bar Menu MISSING
I put the top tool bar menu on hide by accident and now I can't get it back, is there an option to show the top tool bar menu?

I am not sure what do you mean by: "tool bar menu"
In any case, hit `Ctrl-F11` couple of times until you get the various tool bars / top bar menus visible again
