well, you are trying to install CodeLite for Bionic on 19.04 - it wont work...

Is there like a disco 19.04 build too that can be downloaded ?

The weekly builds that I upload are for LTS Ubuntu (18.04 atm), macOS and Windows 64
Building CodeLite from sources shouldn't be too hard.
