Trying to download installer

I am trying to download the 64 bit installer so i can do my udemy class. When i download the link its just a website and not the installer. PLease help!
I am not sure what do you mean by this, but here the link to download CodeLite 12.0.10 for Windows 64 bit:

You will need 7-zip to open the installer
