Missing projects and unable to create new one

Hi, I am pretty new to C/C++ developing and I started using CodeLite a week ago.I created new workplace, and after 6 or so projects I opened CodeLite and some were missing, the latest 2 projects werent showing in the workspace menu for some reason. I tried to adding them manually (right click on workspace and add an existing project) but an error came on saying that I should check if I have the permission to write on the disc.
Can you please help me with this situation?
