toolbars and panes problem

the toolbar options are not appearing + i am not able to move my output pane and debugger, whereas before i was able to do it and all panes dont have a close button

windows 7
codelite 8.1

settings->global editor preferences->Windows & Tabs->Hide docking windows captions
