Settings -> Syntax highlight and fonts

Select the language (in your case C++)
Switch to the 'Customize' tab and scroll down until you find "Line number"

Do you mean: I want to restore my settings incase I will need to re-install windows?
Just copy the folder %APPDATA%\CodeLite and restore it after you install your OS
