no stop at breakpoint

Hello,
I have a workspace with 2 projects and after some tests the debugger (gdb) suddenly is not stopping any more
at an breakpoint in the first lines of main (x=x+1) but on an breakpoint in lower lines of the program.
Clean project, deleting all breakpoints, set breakpoints new , deleting directory "build-Debug" .... nothing better -program is not stopping.
Then I made an new workspace with a new Project, same program and now the debugger is stopping at this breakpoint.
What I'm doing wrong?
