wxC does not compile / nor link - its CL or any other IDE that does that for you.

I'm meant wxCrafter static libraries (only *.lib files and no dll files).

wxCrafter requires number of DLL files, there is no static lib (and there is no plan to make one)

After reading your question again, I think I still did not understand the question.
Atm, wxCrafter can run either as a codelite's pluign OR as a standalone executable.

So, which .lib do you mean? .libs are needed only when _I_ compile wxCrafter ...

I think wxCrafter is library like than wxWidgets. But I know wxCrafter is visual designer for wxWidgets.

I have another question.
When buy registration code for wxCrafter, can I use it on my laptop and on my Desktop PC at the same time?

Yes. It is bound to developer not to a machine
