BUG: Changing Toolbar Icon Size Brings back Removed Toolbars

Hi,

Just started working in SVN Build : 2013

Normally i remove few toolbars that i dont use ( Build, Debug). Now when i change the toolbar icon size & restart Codelite to take effect. All the removed toolbar re-appears. I dont know if its implemented as a feature, But for me its bug.
