biffed build_settings.xml file -> crash

On Win7 latest versions of codelite 13.04
Yesterday I tried updating svn which went badly and somehow my build settings.xml file ended as a empty file. When I tried to add a new compiler codelite crashed with I think a null pointer exception. Deleting the file fixed the issue.
