BUG: CL-Editor window loosing Focus

Hi,

When a file (opened in CL) is modified outside CL, CL Shows a file change detection window. Upon selecting Yes/No/cancel, CL Editor Window looses the Focus. The focus goes to any other window that is open. The Focus could go to Output view window, Workspace view window. If only Editor Window is open, then foxus is retained.
