[Patch] Expand macros in help views

Hi,
When you click Help on the project's settings pages, you get a list of all usable macros and their definition. However, it is often handy that you also get to see the actual values of the macros.
This patch implements just that (for all 3 locations, Project settings pages, External Tools plugin and Settings -> Build settings -> File Types -> New -> Help).
Two notes:
1) An additional feature would be to add a >> and << button to show and hide the column. However currently you need to scroll to the right to see the values and by this have an implicit show and hide.
2) I have a bunch of other changes made just to test some stuff out. I have removed all those changes from the patch, so it is possible that the patch cannot be applied as is (I'm not used to create and import patches). Therefore, if the patch cannot get applied correctly. Please contact me and I'll see what I can do to fix it.
