Hi Eran,
since you changed the path from "%ProgramFiles%\CodeLite\" to "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\CodeLite\" in rev. 4583 it is not working anymore on my computer with XP-Pro SP3. I had to remove all (x86) to make it work again.
