rev 4091 compile error on MAC

Hi Eran,

can't compile 4091 on MAC :
In file included from sdk/wxscintilla/src/ScintillaWX.h:30,
from sdk/wxscintilla/src/ScintillaWX.cpp:17:
./sdk/wxscintilla/src/scintilla/include/ScintillaWidget.h:17:21: error: gtk/gtk.h: No such file or directory
