Feature Request : Export File Outline

Dear Eran,

Is it Possible to export the Outline of the Currently Selected File (to
another file or Editor Window).
I had a Huge File with lots & lots of Globals Functions. These Functions
are supposed to be called
from external Lib & i have to declare these functions in spearate header
File.

If there is an option to export the outline it will be of gr8 help
