ContinuousBuild plugin in conflict with normal build.

Hi, it seems the ContinuousBuild plugin is in conflict with normal project/workspace build. Continuous build is triggered by saving of modified file, but all modified files are saved before project/workspace build as well. I noticed that a content of Build pane is modified in a strange way during the normal build process if the ContinuousBuild is enabled - more over, whole Output view disappears in the middle of normal build process if the autohiding is enabled (it is probably caused by finish of ContinuousBuild job).
