Unit test++ for Win GCC/TDM64

I am trying to create a Unit Test++ project in Windows using the TDM64 compiler tools. The wiki example shows how to install for Linux. I followed the instructions and created a Microsoft 2019 project. I need the TDM64 / gcc build.
