$(OutputFile) PostBuild macro not working anymore

Hello,
I found out that in 9.1.0 (maybe also on some older versions?) the $(OutputFile) macro does not work anymore in PostBuild (it is empty).
Is there a particular reason for this? Has it been removed on purpouse?
