how to undo "remember my answer and don't ask me again"

For the build and debug dialog, there are two options to either debug or build and debug. Well, I ticked the checkbox and selected "build and debug". I'd like to change that to just debug. I can't seem to find the option anywhere to change that. Where is the option to change it back?

From the main menu : settings -> global editor preferences-> misc->history
