Hi,
Not sure when it started happening, but lately I've been unable to remove files from my project using CodeLite, either by using right-click/remove or just plain delete key.
The file disappears from the project tree gadget OK, but next time I build /rebuild it gets compiled again. And next time I restart CodeLite, it's back in the tree gadget!
Done a reboot, tried various combinations of clean/restart IDE etc, but no luck.
The only way I can remove files from the project is by manually editing the .project file. Very odd.
This is v1.0.2419 on Windows.

I re-installed codelite 2419 no Windows , and I cant seem to reproduce this behavior you are describing
