Horizontal scrolling does vertical scroll in editor

Hi,
I have horizontal scroll enabled in my system, but while using codelite horizontal scroll results in inverted vertical scroll. So while using my touchpad, when I scroll the page goes hay wire.
Is there a way to disable it?
