no code completition for std::cout

In default ctag database code completition for std::cout.
I tried to reparse Include directory and again the same.
OS - FreeBSD 6.3

I actually replied in the bug that you submitted in SF.
In general this a bug in ctags, if they wont fix it in the near future, I will try to fix it my self.
