I tried to download the source code from http://sourceforge.net/projects/codelit ... lite-2.10/ ,
but with no luck because my company's server kept reporting the following error message:

Did you ever put some virus into your newest version of codelite?

First of all, codelite is an open source (this means that you can download the sources the confirm what I am saying here):
There is no Trojan in codelite.

Don't believe everything the "anti virus" softwares are telling you

There is a long shot the maybe a hacker hacked into the binary itself and inserted a machine code into codelite, but I doubt it...

You can always checkout the sources and build codelite by yourself.
