Hello, I have 0 experience with winavr, but I am pretty sure that you can setup codelite to work with almost any compiler

I can confirm that it works pretty well, I did that already.
I attached two CodeLite templates for AVR-C and AVR-CPP projects. Extract them in the CL's template folder, then change them as needed.
I used a custom build and 'Build' to build, 'Clean' to clean and 'Rebuild' to burn the ATmel.
