First of all, codelite is an open source (this means that you can download the sources the confirm what I am saying here):
There is no Trojan in codelite.

Don't believe everything the "anti virus" softwares are telling you

There is a long shot the maybe a hacker hacked into the binary itself and inserted a machine code into codelite, but I doubt it...

You can always checkout the sources and build codelite by yourself.
