Folder Refresh
I've noticed that if I copy a folder and reload the Workspace it does not appear. If i'm in the Explorer and refresh it, it does. Could reloading the Workspace be made to reload the new or copied folder?

You did not specify which OS or CodeLite version are you using, but in latest CodeLite versions (9.2.5) selecting "Reload workspace" works
You can also right click on a project and select "Sync with the file system"
