Codelite 9.1.0 / Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
I've noticed that the Codelite toolbar *occasionally* disappears (and can then be shown again by clicking "View -> Show Toolbar").
I can't provide steps to reproduce this everytime, but have seen it happen most often by doing the following
1. Launch Codelite
2. Click "Workspace -> Reload Workspace"

Try calling 'Perspective->Restore default layout' see if it helps
