Please open a thread for your problem and don't hijack this thread.
From a quick look, I can tell you that the Tags Options->Clang does not expand the $(CodeLiteDir) macro properly - this is the root cause of your problem
Seems like a bug in codelite. So please submit a bug request / feature request on GitHub
